Please carefully read ALL of the below for information on how to gain your access cards for the Steele Creek Amenity Center. There are 4 steps that you will need to take in order to be issued an Amenity Access Key Fob. 
  1. Watch the Amenity Onboarding Video
  2.  Complete the Amenity Onboarding Quiz with a score of 80% or higher
  3.  Sign and upload Facility User Waivers
  4.  Upload Closing Disclosure, Utility Bill, Settlement Statement, or Lease Agreement

STEPS 1 & 2 - AMENITY ONBOARDING VIDEO AND QUIZ

Resident Amenity Center Onboarding is mandatory for all homeowners and tenants/renters of homeowners. Resident Onboarding can be completed in the following ways:
  • Virtually: Can be completed anytime
    • Watch the Amenity Onboarding Video HERE
    • Take the Amenity Onboarding Quiz HERE
  • In Person: During a scheduled Onboarding Session 
 
STEP 3 - SIGN AND UPLOAD FACILITY USER WAIVERS

Facility User Waivers must be signed before Amenity Access can be granted. Only one set of waivers are required per household and they must be signed by either the Primary or Secondary buyer. 
 
Printable Facility User Waivers - This document can be printed and brought in person when picking up your key fob, or scanned and emailed to HLeyva@ccmcnet.com. 
 

STEP 4 - Upload a COPY of your Closing Disclosure, Utility Bill, Settlement Statement, or Lease Agreement.

HOMEOWNERS 
Please provide a copy of one of the following:
  • The first page of your Closing Disclosure
  • Your Settlement Statement
  • A Utility Bill showing a qualifying street address 
You will not be able to gain an Amenity Access Key Fob without one of these documents.

If your name is not on the closing documents from D.R. Horton, the Head of Household whose name is on the documents will have to complete the resident onboarding and sign the Facilities User Waivers before you can gain an access fob.

TENANTS
Please provide a copy of your Lease/Rental Agreement. 

If you do not have a Lease Agreement we will need a statement from the homeowner granting access.
Needs to include the address, homeowner name, tenant(s) name, time frame of rental and key fob number that will be surrendered to the renter
 

KEY FOB PICKUP

Once all four of these steps have been completed, please allow 1-3 business days for your Lifestyle Director to verify all information and program your Amenity Access Key Fob for pickup at the Amenity Center. 

We will reach out when your Key Fob is ready for pickup. Please bring a Drivers License or Proof of Photo Identification with you when you pick up your Fob.

Each household will be given one complimentary key fob. One additional key fob can be purchased for $15. A maximum of two (2) key fobs are allowed per household.
Tenants may be required to purchase a key fob if not provided one by the homeowner.
 
To purchase a second key fob, or to replace a lost or stolen key fob you will need to bring:
  • A check or money order for the amount of $15 made out to Steele Creek Residential Community Inc. to the HOA Office
