From registering on the Steele Creek website and getting familiar with our community resources to setting up amenity access, signing up for the community newsletter, completing your homeowner onboarding information, learning about garbage and recycling, and registering for the resident portal, the step-by-step guide will walk you through everything you need to get started.

Read Through the New Homeowner Guide
Read through your New Homeowner Guide for information regarding the Steele Creek community. It is available online via the link below or in print at your HOA office. This includes all the basics of living in your HOA as a brand-new member of the neighborhood.

Get Connected to YOUR Community
It is always helpful to be in the know about upcoming events, meetings, or amenity updates so make sure you register for the Steele Creek Life website. Once you've registered you'll be added to the newsletter listing which is sent out bi-weekly, then keep a lookout for the Steele Creek Spark coming to your inbox soon!
To register, click "Log In" at top right corner and then "Register". Easy enough!

Register for Amenity Access
As a new resident you'll want to access your community's pool, fitness center, playground or splashpad soon enough. In order to access, you will need a key fob from your HOA office. To receive your one free key fob, please click the link below to be taken to the "Amenity Onboarding & Access" page on the HOA website.

Get Involved in Your Community
There is something fun for everyone here at Steele Creek! From rodeo events, to paint and sips, to movie nights, you'll find there are plenty of events to add to your monthly calendar. The HOA is always open to new ideas, as well, so don't hesitate to throw out an idea or offer to help plan!

Learn About Your Annual Assessments
To learn more about your HOA assessments and how they can be set up for payment, please visit the "Pay Assessments" link located under "Resources".
If you've just purchased your home, don't forget to check your Closing Disclosure you received in your closing package to learn when your assessment is paid through.

Steele Creek Document Library
Steele Creek provides accessibility to all the community's governing documents, rules, policies and more for any resident or future resident to review. If you are looking to review the community's financials, however, you must be resident.
A good neighbor is a found treasure. Get to know your neighbors at any of Steele Creek's events and make the most of your time with us! Welcome!
