Architectural Modifications
Our Steele Creek governing documents require the Association approve all proposed architectural changes before any work is started.
Every homeowner must submit a request before beginning any exterior work to the Association’s Architectural Control Committee (ACC) when considering a project on the exterior of the home and within the property lines. This may include, but is not limited to:
- Painting the exterior or trim
- New front door or screen
- Redesigning or installing landscaping, irrigation, and/or lighting
- Constructing a fence, wall, and/or gate
- Adding a secondary structure
- Installing solar panels or satellite antenna
- Exterior changes not in private zone
