2024 Reserve Study
The Steele Creek Reserve Study is necessary to ensure an equitable funding plan since a Reserve Study is a snapshot in time. The Funding Goal of this Reserve Study is to maintain reserves above an adequate, not excessive threshold during one or more years of significant expenditures.
Architectural Modifications
Looking to make any changes to the exterior of your home, or yard? Don't Forget To Obtain Approval First.
Exterior changes include but are not limited to: house color, landscaping changes, sheds, roof color, fences, tree removal, basketball goals, above ground pools, etc. Our governing documents require that the Association approve all proposed architectural changes before any work is started.
