Community Room Rentals
** Please read all of the information below before requesting a rental date **
Overview
- Rental reservations will only be considered for a ‘Resident/tenant in good standing’ with the HOA. If you are a tenant of The Willows of Steele Creek, your leasing office must confirm your eligibility before a rental is permitted. ‘Resident/tenant in good standing’ is defined as a resident that:
- Is current with their Association assessments and/or other fees
- Does not currently have unpaid fines assessed against their account
- Does not currently have any property violations
- If you are a tenant (not part of The Willows), you must have the homeowner/management company provide emailed approval of the rental.
- The rental includes usage of the use of the indoor community room only.
- The pool cannot be used during any party rental and there are no pool reservations.
- Rentals are for Steele Creek Residents/tenant and their guests only. Residents/tenant must be present for the entirety of their rental.
- Rentals are on a first come-first serve basis and scheduled 2025 lifestyle events will affect rental availability.
- Completing the rental agreement does not confirm or guarantee your reservation. Fees must be received before the reservation will be processed.
Rentals
WEEKDAY RENTAL (Monday - Thursday)
- 8 Hour Rental (including setup/takedown time)
- Monday - Thursday: 8 hour time frame between 9 A.M. - 10 P.M.
- Limit 49 Total Attendees
- $100 Rental Fee
WEEKEND RENTAL (Friday - Sunday)
- 8 Hour Rental (including setup/takedown time)
- Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays: 8 hour time frame between 9 A.M. - 10 P.M.
- Limit 49 Total Attendees
- $150 Rental Fee
- We are no longer requiring deposits, however, please note that if any rules are broken or the room is left in poor condition any damages, extra cleaning fees, or penalties will be assessed to your homeowner account.
- Use of 49 black folding chairs and 6 gray round tables come with the rental.
- The space comes with access to the TV, microwave, ice machine, refrigerator (no freezer), pool bathrooms, and hallway bathrooms.
Rental Process
- Reservations cannot be made more than three months in advance.
- Check the Availability Calendar to see if the date you wish to request is available.
- If available, complete the Rental Request Form.
- Wait for an email confirmation from your Lifestyle Director. We will email you back within 1-3 business days to confirm date availability, confirm resident standing, and begin the rental process.
- The fee can be made via online payment, check, or money order and must be made out to Steele Creek Residential Community Inc.
- As long as there are no damages to the facility or equipment during the rental and all rules were followed, no additional fees will be assessed.
- The room reservation will be held for 72 business hours. If payment and Rental Agreement are not received within that time frame, the date will be reopened to accept new reservations.
- Reservation will be confirmed and secured once Rental Agreement and Rental Fee have been received.
