Reminders for Sellers
Here are a few reminders for sellers:
  • Associations are responsible for disclosing any unapproved modifications to potential buyer. If you've made any changes to the exterior of your home without getting prior architectural approval from the Architectural Control Committee (ACC), please be sure to submit those items for review before you attempt to sell the home.
  • When you sell your home, please be sure to provide CCMC with your new forwarding address.  This is especially important if you have a credit balance on your account so a refund check can be mailed.
  • Don't forget to cancel your automatic payments!  If you set up your automatic bill payment through your personal bank, you will need to log in and cancel it.
    • If you set up automatic payments through Steele Creek Association (ACH or Direct Debit), no action is needed.  Management will cancel Direct Debit for you once we receive your closing paperwork.
