Spring Break Amenity Preview
Location: Steele Creek Outdoor Amenity Areas
Time: 11am to 8pm
Description:
The moment we've all been waiting for is FINALLY here. We are thrilled to invite you to join us for our SPRING BREAK AMENITY PREVIEW! Outdoor Amenity Center areas including the Pool, Playground, Splash Pad, and Sports Court will be open beginning Monday, March 13th - Sunday, March 19th.

This preview is for outdoor areas ONLY. Indoor spaces (Gym, Community Room, and HOA Offices) are still being worked on and will be open ASAP. We will notify the community as soon as those spaces become available to use. The great yard and landscaped areas are NOT available for use. Please do not walk on the grass, as it still needs a few weeks to set!

11 A.M. - 8 P.M.
March 13th - March 19th

COMPLETED AND SIGNED WAIVERS ARE REQUIRED FOR ACCESS. Each household is required to complete one set of waivers before being allowed to use the Facilities or gain access key fobs. Waivers are available to be signed electronically, and we recommend completing them BEFORE arriving at the Amenity Center to allow for expedited entry.

We will have a pool monitor on staff checking that all households attempting to enter the pool area have completed their waivers. Any households that have not already completed their waivers will be required to sign them in-person at the pool before entering.

This is still just a preview, so we will require Lifeguards to be on staff in order for the pool to remain open. Lifeguards cannot be out if the weather is under 70 degrees, so the pool will be open weather permitting.

Please read ALL of the important information below regarding next week's Amenity Preview and access information.
  • The posted hours are limited for Preview Week and apply to the Pool, Playground, Splash Pad, and Sports Court. Normal operating hours will apply once the Amenity Center building is open.
  • Lifeguards will be on-duty during pool preview operating hours (11 A.M. - 8 P.M.) from March 13th - 19th.
  • THE POOL IS A SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK FACILITY, WHETHER LIFEGUARDS ARE PRESENT OR NOT.
  • ALL FACILITIES USE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
  • Please read the complete Facility User Guidelines prior to attending.
  • Access Key Fobs will not be issued until the building is ready to be open.
  • Instructions on how to obtain access key fobs and Amenity Onboarding will be sent out via newsletter in the coming days, so keep an eye out for that important information!
  • Failure to abide by any posted rules and any rules stated in our Facility User Guidelines could result in the closing of Amenities and cancellation of the preview.
