HOA-DOWN Annual Meeting Celebration

Where: Amenity Center Great Yard
Grab your best pair of boots, saddle up, and mosey on down to the Amenity Center Great Yard for a HOA-DOWN celebrating all of Steele Creek's accomplishments over the past year!
Be sure to attend as prizes will be available! You must be present during the meeting presentation to win.
Challenge your neighbors to an authentic Wild West battle with a Western Quickdraw Challenge or test your skills with skeet laser shooting!
Food will be provided (while supplies last) and food service will begin at 5 P.M. The meeting will begin at 6 P.M. Games and activities will begin once the meeting has concluded and will stay open until 9 P.M.
**Please note that this event is for residents only and will not be able to accommodate guests!**

Annual Meeting of the Membership

Dear Steele Creek Neighbors,
The Steele Creek Residential Community, Inc. and CCMC are happy to invite you and announce that an Annual Meeting will be in person at the Steele Creek Amenity Center Great Yard.
Wednesday, September 13th, 2023 - 6 P.M.
The purpose of the meeting is to celebrate the past year’s accomplishments and present development updates to the membership. A portion of the report will include a review and information of the community, slideshows, and management/financial reports.
Be sure to attend, as prizes will be available! You must be present to win! The Board of Directors and CCMC Management Team are eager to see as many homeowners as possible. Mark your calendars now!
The Resident Questionnaire is an opportunity for you to have personal involvement in the Annual Meeting by submitting questions to be discussed at the meeting. Before submitting the Questionnaire, please take a moment to reflect upon the areas of importance or questions you may have for the Association and document your inquiries on the Questionnaire form. Please submit your Questionnaire no later than 5 pm on September 13, 2023, to bjames@ccmcnet.com or through our newsletter link.
